DOW ADDS WEB PAGE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

In an effort to help and encourage individuals with disabilities enjoy the outdoor opportunities in Colorado the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) has added the “Accessibility Information for Individuals with Disabilities” Web page to the DOW Web site.

The new Web page will provide information on how individuals with disabilities can obtain disability fishing licenses and hunting accommodation permits, the location of disability accessible fishing areas throughout the state and wildlife viewing opportunities. The Web page also provides links to Colorado State Parks, the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service and Bureau of Land Management and to non-profit organizations that provide wildlife recreation activities for individuals with disabilities Web pages.
