Getting back to the hunt, just the idea of getting on horseback, riding out into the plains of Utah, hunting on foot with a muzzleloader, and four hours later harvesting a trophy animal was a great experience. Everything that you promised regarding the taxidermy work, the meat being butchered and shipped was done in such a professional manner.
